water table. Private box hangars used bi-fold hangar design, with back up

9,500 sf off-shore helicopter base for Air Logistics, Inc.’s Gulf Port Base
at Galveston, Texas. Jack was responsible for all design, office layouts,
and parking lot construction as well as hangar design. Value of project was
$300,000. |

at Intra-Coastal City, La. Project included wind loads in excess of 140

FBO complex for American Air Ambulance, Inc. Project included 4,800 sf of

underground fuel farm for both 100ll and Jet A fuel. Value of project was
$750,000 |

Leased 3 Acres (40 year lease) from
City of Dallas and constructed 3 private hangar/office facilities for J. L.
C. Aviation, Inc., the Bankers Assurance Group and Interpol Data
Corporation. Square footage was approximately 16,000 sf. Value of
projects were $300,000. |

Remodeled a 10,000 sf dilapidated
aviation facility (Dallas Redbird Airport) into a fully operational Fixed
Base Terminal for Allied Aviation Services, Inc. of Dallas. Construction
included additional offices, bathrooms, showers, flight planning areas, and
line service facility. Value of project was $200,000. |

Purchased the entire leasehold
interests of Triton Energy’s subsidiary known as Servion of Texas. The
leasehold facility included 100 t-hgrs, ramp/taxi lanes and 25,000 sf of
large community hangar, maintenance hgr, and paint facility. The leasehold
facility also included an underground fuel farm. Value of entire facility
was $670,000. |

from City of Arlington and fully developed a raw tract of land into a
three
building complex to be leased to an aviation college known as the
International Aviation and Travel Academy. The complete facility consists
of a 100 person dormitory, a restaurant, student center, coin operated
laundry facility, hangar and classrooms of 20,000 sf and auto parking for
144 cars and aircraft parking for 20 aircraft. Value of projects were
$2,500,000. |

Interests. The report was used to re-evaluate the 40 year lease extension
and value of such leasehold facility. Further, API prepared a detailed
evaluation on behalf of Texas Aero for presentation to the First National
Bank of Waco. |

aviation box hangars and a large aircraft maintenance facility for J. C.
Aviation Investments, Inc. The project consisted of 8 box hangars with
water, sewer, airlines, fully insulated and automatic electric bi-fold
hangar doors. The large corporate maintenance hangar was about 9,000 sf
with a private taxiway, private aircraft ramp auto parking and two story
office/pilot quarters. This project is located at Dallas Redbird
Airport. Value of project was $890,000 and funding was by the First
National Bank of Breckenridge, Texas. |

Construction and Design of 21,000 sf
of corporate executive hangars at the Dallas Redbird Airport. This project
consists of approximately three (3) 60’ x 60’, one 55’ x 50’, three 50’ x
50’, and two 43’ x 50’ private hangars and necessary taxi-lanes. This
project value is $655,000 and was funded by the Bank of the Southwest Dallas
Texas. The tenant is J. C. Aviation Investments, Inc. of Dallas, Texas. |
