Airport Properties Inc., over the
past 17 years, has successfully developed, constructed, leased and or sold,
over 480,000 sf of various aviation properties and airport improvements.
We have designed and developed large and small
aircraft hangars, fixed
base facilities (FBO), aviation college campus, aviation dormitory/airport
apartments, aviation maintenance facilities, off shore helicopter bases,
aviation fuel storage and credit card fueling operations, paint booths,
taxiways, aircraft parking aprons and a variety of airport
offices/classrooms.
In addition to airport related
development, we have represented clients in airport hangar planning, lease
preparation, lease negotiations, aviation related financial prospectuses,
aviation loan packets and leasehold valuations/ appraisals.
